Neighborhood Information - Belleair

Belleair is a small, Pinellas County waterfront community overlooking Clearwater Harbor and the Intracoastal Waterway.
Nestled between Clearwater and Largo, Belleair is a prestigious area of gorgeous homes, meticulously maintained streets and a well incorporated business community. The homes include single-family residences and luxury condos in about 20 neighborhoods. Many are direct waterfront with docks and boatlifts, not to mention, breathtaking views of the harbor.

In addition, the City of Belleair manages Belleair Boat Ramp Park, which provides easy access to the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico via eight boat ramp lanes and seven docks. Also nearby are the Belleair Country Club and the Pinellas Trail, ideal for jogging, biking or roller blading.
